The Trace family are dedicated to the worldwide development of parkour. We believe that the best way to learn about parkour is through participation. We hold events, courses and classes for both practitioners and coaches to learn more about them self's and parkour in a safe environment with experienced guides.
All of our coaches/guides are level 1 British Parkour Coaching Association (BPCA) qualified.
Trace guides strive to be the best versions of themselves and in doing so set an excellent example for others.
Overall this means that you can relax in the knowledge that you or your loved ones are in safe hands.

If you are looking for a physical, mental and spiritually challenging experience that will help you to develop yourself and your parkour, then look no further as our training courses do exactly that.
Each of our short courses are designed to take people beyond the standard cultural and training trends of parkour and provoke meaningful thoughts that help participants to learn more about themselves and what they are capable of.
We do not like to divulge too much information about the content of some of our courses as we prefer that participants do not know exactly what will happen and do not have the opportunity to prepare themselves for the activities.
As some of our courses are exceptionally difficult to successfully complete, we recommend that only experienced practitioners and coaches with a minimum of two years experience attend training courses labeled as 'very hard' or 'exceptionally hard'. Practitioners with less than two years experience are unlikely to complete or feel the full extent of the benefits that 'very hard' or 'exceptionally hard' courses have to offer.

Trace holds occasional and annual parkour events. From small training days to national and global gatherings, the aim with any of our events is to further develop parkour as a whole and provide a great way for practitioners to meet, exchange thoughts, learn more and have fun.
Information on our up and coming events will be displayed here soon.
